In this one-hour interactive group coaching session, Certified Mental Fitness Coach Lynn Cave will pinpoint how 10 negative emotions can derail your life and how 5 positive Sage Powers can help you get it back on track.
Learn a 10-second mental fitness exercise to shift to your Sage Powers. You’ll also take your own individual assessment to uncover your most powerful negative emotions.

This event was such a hit the last two years, we're doing it again--this time on the actual Harvest Full Moon. We'll gather at a clear area at Riderwood to admire the moon and be serenaded by "Moon Songs." A special treat this year will be the availability of a telescope to moon and planet gaze. Afterward, we'll retire to my place to have Blue Moon Beer and Moon Pies. Singles and Couples Welcome.

Tour the historic home where Frederick Douglass lived in for the last 17 years of his life. See exhibits, explore the grounds, and watch a film about this brilliant, eloquent American. Born into slavery in 1818, he escaped as a young man and became a leading voice in the abolitionist movement and spent his life fighting for justice and equality. The visit will include a picnic lunch on the grounds of the home.
