Maybe you are experimental, maybe you are not! Something for both persuasions. Frittatas, uttapam, fusion pancakes, perhaps accompanied by a hip glass or two of Calimocho. Or perhaps you like your eggs Benedict with a more traditional brunch-time mimosa. In either case, enjoy those together with tender slices of nova, smoked trout, scallion cream cheese, toasted bagels, coffee, wine and/or bourbon. |
