Culinary Tour of Italy with Wine Tasting

Description of Donation: For this dinner we will tour the food traditions of Italy. Rustic dishes from Lombardy. Wine laced onion soup from the Peidmont. From Umbria we'll have Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms. Dessert will be Strudel with apricot and ricotta from the Trentino-Alto Adige. We will not visit all 20 regions but we'll hit at least half. This dinner has many vegetarian options.
