on: Six UUCSSers enjoy singing with The City Choir of Washington, a large, professional level volunteer chorus. On April 10th the group will perform the American premiere of Sir John Tavener's "Requiem Fragments" along with part III, the Easter portion of Handel's Messiah. The concert is at National Presbyterian Church in NW DC on a Sunday afternoon. Parking is plentiful. If you like choral music, this is for you. |
