Modern British Dinner

Description of Donation: This year, Chef Mark (Brown) and his able helpers (Drew and Beth Riggs and Natalia Vandenberg) offer a British dinner (updated several centuries from our previous offerings) to reflect our modern times. This event will feature appetizers, roast beef (cooked sous-vide style), and a delicious dessert, prepared fresh by Chef Mark. French wines (British favorites) and beers will be offered throughout the evening.
