Do you love Vermont too? If so, join us for authentic Vermont (and Vermont-inspired) cuisine. Don't know what that is? We're not sure either, but we love Vermont and we will figure out something delicious, organic, and yummy, and will involve some samplings from Otter Creek Brewery and local Vermont wines, Vermont cheeses, maybe something maple-syrup inspired, definitely some Ben & Jerry's and Green Mountain coffee. As one local chef explains, “Vermont cuisine is rooted in tradition but not bound by it. Vermont cuisine is expressive, creative and independent, but also honest and humble. Vermont cuisine is crafted with the highest sense of quality but not afraid to be rough around the edges.” We will shoot for that ideal. Come pay homage to the Green Mountain State with us. |
