Georgian cuisine is like no other, common herbs and spices in hitherto unknown combinations, unique wine varieties, and walnuts, walnuts and more walnuts and more walnuts in virtually everything. This dinner will be a multi-course adventure exploring the complex and piquant nature of Georgian cuisine. |
