My grandmother was a marvelous cook and lived next door. When she made special things like sarma and kohbasi, the national dish of Croatia, she would invite me for dinner. This is her recipe and really all you need is mashed potatoes for complete satisfaction. However, we will gild the lily with appetizers, soup, vegetable and dessert along with wine served in my grandmother's old style wine glasses. |
