Members of the Racial Justice Task Force and the Rainbow Alliance of UUCSS are offering a chance to discuss the show Pose, "a drama spotlighting the legends, icons and ferocious house mothers of New York's underground ball culture, a movement that first gained notice in the 1980s. Making television history, Pose features the largest cast of transgender actors in series regular roles..." Bidders will have the chance to attend a live discussion on Zoom on March 13, 2021 with other UUCSS members. Bidders should watch at least the first 4 episodes of Pose on their own prior to the discussion (or preferably, the 8 episodes of the 1st season). |
