Chair Yoga for Anyone!

Description of Donation: No matter your age or fitness level, everyone can benefit from adapted yoga poses practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Whether you sit all day in front of a computer, or don't get out much to exercise and stretch, chair yoga can help increase your flexibility, strength and coordination. Join me in a 45 minute session to learn some chair yoga poses and do a little seated meditation. In Sanctuary, following Sunday service.
