| Description of Donation: |
Join UUCSS friends to assemble and launch model rockets together. The Randol Family will provide each winner with a model rocket kit (unless you prefer to bring your own) and host an optional rocket assembly event in our backyard at 2:00 p.m. on May 13, 2023 (assembly can be completed independently). We will reconvene at the NASA Goddard Visitor Center at 1:00 p.m. on June 4, 2023 to launch our rockets under adult supervision. We will provide some light snacks for each event. Each winner gets to launch one rocket. Families are welcome to join to watch the event. |
