Peanuts Holiday Celebration
- Description of Donation:
- Everybody loves A Charlie Brown Christmas, but there are Peanuts videos for practically every holiday (even Arbor Day!). We'll watch the Peanuts gang celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Easter. We will also enjoy an authentic Peanuts Thanksgiving dinner, complete with toast, popcorn, pretzels, and jelly beans.

[1:00pm-4:00pm] Goddard Visitor Center Tour
- Description of Donation:
- Guided tour of the NASA Goddard Visitor Center led by long-time employee Steve Leete. It has many high-quality and fascinating displays on mission Steve worked on directly, like Nobel-winning COBE, Cassini, Landsat, and Hubble Space Telescope, plus others he knows about like X-rays and gamma rays, the James Webb Space Telescope, and various Earth science missions. Starts after 2nd service, until 4pm.
[2:30pm-5:30pm] Fear of Phyllo

- Love baclava but afraid to try making it?
Here's your chance! After our afternoon making (and eating) this middle eastern delight, you will be able to make baclava in your own home without a net!
[3:00pm-7:00pm] Mid-Winter Games and Taco Dinner
- Description of Donation:
- Join us for an afternoon of your favorite board games. We'll have a cozy fire burning, hot cocoa steaming, and will serve you a taco/burrito dinner that's Out of This World. Bring along your favorite games for some friendly UU competition. Sunday 3-7 p.m.
[7:30pm-9:30pm] Beginner's Bridge
- Description of Donation:
- Always heard about bridge, always wondered what it's all about? We love it, so come learn to play this very fun, classic card game! We'll provide refreshments, cards, basic play lessons, briliant strategic tips and get some games off the ground.
