  Tour de Gallaudet + Lunch
Description of Donation:
So many folks have mentioned that they've never been to Gallaudet University. This is your chance! Join us for a buffet lunch at the Gallaudet University Kellogg Conference Hotel followed by a walking tour of this beautiful campus. You'll see buildings that are on the National Register of Historic Places as well as modern buildings incorporating new concepts of "Deaf Space". You'll learn a bit about the history of Gallaudet, including what it has in common with the Capitol and Abraham Lincoln. NOTE: The selected date of April 21, is the Monday after Easter and schools are closed in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. We hope this date provides some increased flexibility for families to join us.
