Scrabble Party
- Description of Donation:
- Unlock your human potential and enjoy a postprandial night of word play with the Church Scrabble cognoscenti and champions. Dinner, drinks and treats will offer a tasty stimulus to the discovery of unusual words and ideas. This event will be hosted by Phyllis Ryder and Kathy and Richard Lorr at the home of the Lorrs.
Game Night
- Description of Donation:
- Join us at Board and Brew in College Park for a game night. Board and Brew has over 500 board games and are adding more each month to their collection.
I will buy appetizers for the group and a few pitchers.
African Dinner III
- Description of Donation:
- Take a tour of Africa via cuisine! If you want to experience African food and culture, this is your chance. We will serve food and drink from all over the continent, plus activities to challenge you and increase your knowledge of Africa. Come prepared for food, fun and friends!
Hot Tub Time Machine: Chicago Premiere of The Blues Brothers
- Description of Donation:
- Travel back to June 16, 1980 with Daniel and Melissa Clark in their hot tub time machine to watch the Chicago premiere of The Blues Brothers, staring John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd and featuring musical numbers by rhythm and blues, soul, and blues singers James Brown, Cab Calloway, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, and John Lee Hooker. Hot tubbing is optional. Swimsuits are required.
