- Description of Donation:
- This hike, led by geologist Mark McBride, will explore a part of northern Rock Creek Park starting near Boundary Bridge. This beautifully wooded area has some up and down, but no rock scrambling. We will stay on trails and roadways wide enough to allow proper distancing. Geological features to be seen include the Laurel Formation diamictite, erosion of the hills and valleys, and colonial-era flood plain deposits. Date is Saturday, June 12; rain date Saturday, June 19.

- Description of Donation:
- How good are you at following directions faithfully? You will travel throughout PG and Montgomery Counties … each car will be given directions (similar to WAZE) to travel to various locations of interest. At each location you will be given trivia questions to answer, and be required to take a photo of a point of interest with a person from your car. Each car may have up to 4 family members in it. You may play competitively (earn points for correct answers & photos … lose points when you ask for help) or just play for fun
