A Culinary Road Trip (with dinner)
- Description of Donation:
On April 30, 2022, join Stephanie, Bruce, and Maggie to view the movie "Chef." A famous chef in Los Angeles crashes and burns, then finds his true calling in a journey across the country in a newly acquired food truck. With his 10-year-old son and a fellow cook, he travels from Miami (Cuban) to New Orleans (Creole) to Austin (Texas BBQ), back to LA. We will provide appropriate and delicious refreshments for each leg of the journey (a three-course dinner and drinks).

[10:30am] Brighton Dam azalea garden & picnic
- Description of Donation:
- Meet at the Brighton Dam parking area on SaturdayApril 30 , 2022 at 10:30 am. The azalea garden is situated on the banks of the Patuxent River, by Brighton Dam (built in 1942). The 5 acre garden has over 20,000 azaleas and is provided by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. After our tour of the gardens, we will have a picnic brunch.
